Office Signage

Transforming workspaces through design and function

Office signage is more than just practical—it plays a central role in how a company presents itself to staff, visitors, and clients. From reinforcing brand identity to improving internal navigation and elevating the look and feel of a workspace, professional signage helps shape a well-organised and engaging environment.

From wall graphics to three-dimensional features, today’s office signage combines creativity and precision with clean, modern finishes.

Choosing the right signage for your space

From client-facing receptions to meeting rooms and open-plan areas, office signage comes in many forms—each serving a unique role in shaping the space. As expert sign makers based in London, we work with businesses across all industries to design, produce and install signage that complements their workspace, brand and goals. We work closely with your brand guidelines to ensure every sign we produce accurately reflects your visual identity—incorporating your logo, colours, typography and overall design language with precision.

Whether you’re refreshing a small studio or planning a large-scale fit-out, we’re here to help you choose the right solution at every stage.

At the heart of most office signage projects is branding decoration—visual elements that communicate the company’s identity through thoughtful design. This may take the form of wall decals, printed vinyl, or full-scale wall coverings that feature company values, key messages or visual storytelling. Ideal for receptions, communal areas and meeting spaces, these installations reinforce brand culture and give a strong, lasting impression.

Wall coverings in particular are a popular choice for feature walls and large areas. Printed to match a brand’s visual style, they can introduce colour, texture or messaging to otherwise neutral spaces, helping make the workplace feel more dynamic and cohesive.

Glass signs in office environments serve both aesthetic and functional purposes—enhancing privacy, safety, and style across glazed areas such as meeting rooms, partitions, and entranceways. Whether applied for branding or visual comfort, our glass signage solutions are tailored to suit the design and layout of your workspace.

Frosted vinyl and privacy films remain popular choices for creating discretion without blocking light. These can be applied in full coverage or cut into shapes, logos, or subtle patterns—offering a clean, modern look that aligns with your brand identity.

We also produce and install glass manifestation graphics, which make large glazed panels more visible for safety while adding a decorative element. These are often required in corporate environments and can be fully customised to match your visual branding.

For a more refined effect, optical clear films allow for gradient fades—a sophisticated technique that blends transparency with privacy, often used in boardrooms or creative offices. Another emerging trend is the use of reeded glass films, which mimic the look of traditional fluted or ribbed glass, offering texture and diffusion while maintaining a contemporary finish.

All glass signage is designed in accordance with your brand guidelines—using approved colours, fonts, and visual elements—to ensure a cohesive, high-end finish throughout your workspace.

For a more dimensional and professional look, many offices install custom-made letters and logo signs crafted from materials such as acrylic, metal, or foamed PVC. These signs create a strong brand presence in reception areas, lobbies, or boardrooms.

Acrylic signs offer a glossy, modern aesthetic and can be produced in any brand-matched colour or thickness. Metal letters—such as brushed aluminium or stainless steel—convey sophistication and durability. Foamed PVC (sometimes called foamboard or Foamex) is lightweight yet crisp in appearance, making it ideal for budget-conscious but high-impact applications.

These signs are typically fixed to walls using stand-off locators, creating a floating effect with subtle shadows, or bonded flush to the surface using strong adhesives for a seamless finish. All installations are aligned to your brand visuals and applied with precision.

In larger office spaces or multi-storey buildings, wayfinding signage ensures people can move easily and confidently throughout the environment. From directional signs and meeting room identifiers to lift directories and health & safety information, clear and consistent signage is key to a well-organised workplace.

All wayfinding designs can be tailored to fit your existing brand system—using approved typefaces, icons and colours—so they look right at home within your space.

Large format prints can be produced on a range of substrates. Self-adhesive vinyl is ideal for smooth panels, walls, and windows, and can be laminated for extra scratch resistance and UV protection. Contra Vision (one-way vision film) is perfect for windows where you need visibility from inside but a full-graphic look from outside. Indoor prints can be produced without lamination for a more cost-effective finish.

With the right material and protective coating, large format prints can last several years outdoors without fading.

Yes. Solar control and polarised vinyl can be applied to windows to reduce glare, control heat gain, and protect interiors from UV fading.

Foamex is a rigid PVC sheet, lightweight but strong and perfect for internal displays.

Dibond is an aluminium composite panel with a polyethylene core, making it extremely durable and weatherproof.

Correx is a fluted polypropylene plastic, lightweight and economical, ideal for temporary use such as event signage or site boards.

Fixings depend on the surface and installation requirements. Panels can be screwed directly into walls, mounted on frames, hung with cable systems, or supplied with adhesive backs or Velcro for removable applications. For banners, we provide reinforced hems and metal eyelets for easy installation with bungee cords or cable ties.
